Job Description :


Implementation and Configuration : Lead and manage SAP FICO implementation projects, including configuring the SAP system to meet business requirements.

Process Improvement : Analyze and improve financial processes, ensuring efficient and effective use of SAP FICO functionalities.

Integration : Ensure seamless integration between SAP FICO and other SAP modules (e.g MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.

Support and Maintenance : Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the SAP FICO module, including troubleshooting and resolving issues.

User Training : Develop and deliver training materials and sessions for end-users to ensure effective use of SAP FICO.

Documentation : Maintain comprehensive documentation of configurations, processes, and procedures.

Compliance : Ensure compliance with financial regulations and internal policies through robust system configuration and process design.

Reporting : Design and generate financial reports using SAP tools, ensuring accurate and timely financial information for decision-making.

Stakeholder Collaboration : Work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external consultants to deliver high-quality solutions.

Continuous Improvement : Stay updated with the latest SAP FICO trends and updates, continuously improving skills and system capabilities.

Required Qualifications : Education : Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Experience : 5 to 10 years of professional experience in SAP FICO implementation and support.

Technical Skills :


- In-depth knowledge of SAP FICO modules, including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Asset Accounting (AA), and Controlling (CO).

- Experience with SAP integration with other modules (e.g MM, SD, PP) and third-party systems.

- Proficiency in SAP FICO configuration and customization.

- Strong understanding of financial processes and accounting principles.

- Experience with SAP S/4HANA is highly desirable.

- Proficiency in data migration, data validation, and data reconciliation.

- Knowledge of SAP reporting tools such as SAP Query, Report Painter, and ABAP reports.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.

- Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications :


- SAP certification in FICO module.

- Experience with SAP Fiori applications.

- Knowledge of financial regulations and compliance requirements.

- Experience in industries such as manufacturing, retail, or finance.

- Prior experience in managing or leading SAP projects
