We are looking for passionate Staff and Senior Staff Engineers who are excited to work on Spotnanas Data and AI platform, push the boundaries of technology, and shape the future of travel.

In this role, youll be at the heart of our Data and AI platform, solving complex challenges and building intelligent systems that power the travel experiences of youll own :

- Work on cutting-edge AI technologies and apply them to real-world travel problems.

- Design and develop scalable backend and Data and AI systems.

- Be part of the core platform team, shaping the architecture for data and AI systems at scale.

- Work alongside a team of brilliant engineers to design and develop high-quality cloud-native services within the Spotnana platform and products (it's like being part of a superhero squad, but for coding).

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or a related technical field.

- Exceptional candidates without formal education, but with the skills to rival even the most educated, are encouraged to apply.

- Experience working on or with AI models / MLOps pipeline / Data platform.

- Experience in backend distributed server-side development within a cloud-native stack is formidable.

- Building frameworks for consumption is your secret weapon.

- 10+ years of software development experience, battling with products and/or SaaS services.

- Your knowledge of data structures and algorithms is legendary.

- 5+ years of software design and architecture experience, you have the wisdom to make sound technical decisions and trade-offs.

- You're like the Gandalf of coding.

- Experience in complex, matrixed organizations has prepared you for the challenges of working across teams and projects.

- You're a master of collaboration.

- Successfully assembled and nurtured full-stack engineering teams, bringing out the best in each member.

- Ability to work in an open office environment in a hybrid structure at Bangalore This is not a remote-eligible role.
