**Responsibilities:**
* **Store Operations:** Oversee daily store operations, including sales, inventory management, and staff scheduling.
* **Customer Service:** Ensure exceptional customer service, address customer concerns, and foster positive customer relationships.
* **Team Leadership:** Recruit, hire, train, and develop a high-performing team.
* **Sales Performance:** Drive sales and achieve store targets through effective sales strategies and team motivation.
* **Visual Merchandising:** Maintain a visually appealing store environment and implement merchandising standards.
* **Loss Prevention:** Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard store assets.
* **Financial Management:** Monitor and analyze store financials, including sales, expenses, and inventory.
**Requirements:**
* Proven experience in retail management, preferably in fashion retail.
* Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
* Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
* Knowledge of retail operations, inventory management, and sales techniques.
* Proficiency in POS systems and retail software.
* Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.
