Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Marketing Manager with a sharp focus on growth, distribution, and visibility. The ideal candidate will take ownership of bringing more eyeballs to the company through innovative marketing initiatives, strategic collaborations, and scalable distribution channels. This role is not about content or SEO its about ensuring the brand is present wherever the target audience is, through partnerships, offline activities, and direct campaigns.
Key Distribution & Campaign Execution
- Design and execute high-impact marketing initiatives that increase the reach and visibility of the company among the target audience.
- Identify key distribution opportunities across online and offline channels communities, associations, events, partnerships, or platforms and build scalable acquisition plans.
- Lead the rollout of physical and digital campaigns (e.g., city activations, community-based initiatives, event presence, referral programs).
Strategic Marketing Partnerships
- Build and manage partnerships with ecosystem players including educational institutions, platforms, creators, consultants, and event organizers.
- Co-create campaigns with partners that help drive lead generation, brand visibility, or targeted awareness in priority segments.
- Negotiate and structure partnership deals that balance cost-efficiency with brand reach.
Lead Generation via Non-Digital Channels
- Devise and test unconventional channels of marketing campus outreach, seminars, info sessions, community engagement, etc.
- Use data to experiment with hyperlocal and niche audience engagement campaigns that bring qualified traffic or leads.
Cross-Functional Coordination
- Work closely with sales, business, and product teams to align marketing efforts with growth
objectives.
- Coordinate with external vendors, event managers, and operations teams to execute initiatives smoothly.
Performance Monitoring
- Track campaign and partnership metrics to evaluate performance and ROI.
- Continuously improve marketing efforts based on learnings and data insights.
What Were Looking For
- 4-7 years of marketing experience with a strong focus on distribution and brand-building through partnerships and field execution.
- Demonstrated ability to build and execute campaigns from scratch be it offline activations, referral engines, or partnership-based marketing.
- Strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
- Hustler mindset excited to experiment, travel (if needed), and operate in ambiguity.
- Solid project management and multitasking ability.
