Mentor and guide students in their academic and research pursuits. Conduct research, publish papers, and actively participate in conferences. Collaborate with colleagues on research projects and interdisciplinary initiatives. Stay current with industry trends and incorporate them into the curriculum.Qualifications:Assistant Professor: A Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related field: MANDATORY. M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks will be mandatory. At least 2Years of proven experience in academic leadership, ideally as a department head or dean. A strong record of research and publication in the field. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. A commitment to diversity and inclusion in academia. Associate Professor and Professor: A Ph.D. in Computer Science & Engineering or a closely related field. M.Tech in Computer Science or Information Technology with a minimum of 55% marks will be mandatory.
