Title :- Env. analyst roleMode :- HybridContract :- 6-12 monthsLocation :- Pune, Bangalore, ChennaiKey Responsibilities:Oversee and manage development, test, and production environments for software applications, ensuring they meet quality, performance, and security standards.Collaborate with development teams to deploy and configure microservices-based Java applications across multiple environments.Utilize Git for version control, integrating environment-specific configurations as needed.Administer and monitor cloud environments on platforms such as PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and ECS (Elastic Container Service).Implement and manage firewalls, network configurations, and security protocols to ensure secure and smooth communication between services.Manage and troubleshoot WebSphere, Unix, and related technologies to support development operations.Provide technical guidance and support to development and operations teams regarding environment setup, deployment, and issue resolution.Ensure environment configurations are versioned, documented, and aligned with the needs of the project and security best practices.Respond to and resolve environment-related issues, escalating where necessary.Perform regular environment health checks and recommend improvements to enhance system performance, security, and reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate infrastructure changes and ensure continuous integration/continuous delivery (CI/CD) processes are followed.Technical Requirements:Proficient in Git for version control and branching strategies.Strong experience with Java and microservices-based architectures.Experience with monitoring tools (e.g., Splunk, DXAPM,ELK stack, New Relic) to track system health and performance.Hands-on experience with cloud platforms such as PCF (Pivotal Cloud Foundry) and ECS (Elastic Container Service).Understanding of firewall management, networking concepts, and security best practices.Experience with WebSphere application server management and troubleshooting.Proficient in Unix/Linux systems administration, including shell scripting.Expertise in CI/CD pipeline tools and processes.Understanding of containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes (preferred).Scripting experienceCertificate creation/managementExperience with container orchestrationExperience with Cloud technologyTroubleshooting, Proactive problem solving and Automation capabilitiesExperience with collaboration tools such as Jira, confluenceGood experience on the DevOps tool chain to support any DevOps activitiesDesired Skills and Qualifications:Self-starter with strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Experience working in an agile development environment.Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.Strong documentation and reporting skills.
