Job Overview

We are seeking a dynamic Field Sales Executive to join our Client Company. This full-time junior position is based in Chennai, Pune, and Kerala. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in field sales, with the ability to manage both client meetings and product demos. This role is crucial in achieving sales targets and expanding our market presence.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Minimum of 1 year experience in field sales with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to meet contractors and consultants and project decision-makers on site (Mandatory skill).
  • Conduct comprehensive site assessments to understand client needs and deliver suitable solutions (Mandatory skill).
  • Successfully conduct client meetings and deliver product demos to secure new business opportunities (Mandatory skill).
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills to foster strong client relationships.
  • Ability to share periodic market intelligence and client feedback with the regional sales team for better strategy planning.
  • Proven ability to support local market expansion through strategic initiative and client engagement.
  • Possess strong negotiation skills to effectively close deals and maximize value for both clients and the company.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Engage with contractors, consultants, and project decision-makers directly at their work sites to drive business growth.
  • Conduct detailed site assessments to tailor product offerings precisely to client requirements.
  • Organize and present compelling client meetings and product demos to showcase the value of our offerings.
  • Contribute to achieving sales targets through a strategic and client-centric approach to the market.
  • Gather and relay market intelligence and client feedback to the regional sales team for informed decision-making.
  • Proactively support the local market expansion by identifying new opportunities and areas for growth.
  • Maintain close collaboration with the sales team and other departments to ensure seamless client service delivery.
  • Prepare and present sales reports to track progress and adjust strategies as necessary for optimal outcomes.
