The Impact You’ll Make
Join Lam as an Electrical Engineer and you'll be at the forefront, designing and developing electrical / electronic solutions for advanced applications. Your role involves designing and analyzing equipment, conducting experimental tests, evaluating results to create reliable cutting-edge solutions.
In this role, you will directly contribute to the LAM deposition business group.
What You’ll Do
Design and development of Electrical/Electronic sub-systems for highly sensitive semiconductor processing equipment. Analyze design through simulations and hand calculations. Validate design by making prototypes and performing testing. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for review, approval, and release. Participate actively in Idea generation forums and contribute to innovative solutions. Understand Lam products, business processes and standards.
Who We’re Looking For
Minimum Qualifications:
B.E. / B. Tech in Electrical Engineering or Electrical & Electronics Engineering with minimum 65% aggregate Working principle of Electrical/Electronic components with good understanding of influence of various parameters. Ability to perform Circuit Design, Analysis and Simulations. Experience in Circuit Testing/Troubleshooting.
Preferred Qualifications
Hands-on projects that include prototyping and assembly. Understanding electrical symbols and development of schematic using any CAD package. Use of electrical circuit & simulation software. Microcontroller Embedded programming skills

Lam offers a variety of work location models based on the needs of each role. Our hybrid roles combine the benefits of on-site collaboration with colleagues and the flexibility to work remotely and fall into two categories – On-site Flex and Virtual Flex. ‘On-site Flex’ you’ll work 3+ days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, with the opportunity to work remotely for the balance of the week. ‘Virtual Flex’ you’ll work 1-2 days per week on-site at a Lam or customer/supplier location, and remotely the rest of the time.
