We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Amazon account manager to join our growing team. You will be responsible for the successful launch and ongoing management of our in-house products on Amazon India, USA and expand into other international markets. You will play a key role in developing and implementing product strategies, optimizing listings, managing inventory, and driving sales growth.


Key Responsibilities:


●       Assume ownership of Amazon marketplace overseeing listings, advertising, sales, and P&L management.

●       Manage the entire product lifecycle on Amazon, from product launch to post-launch optimization.

●       Develop detailed product listings with compelling descriptions, high-quality images, and competitive pricing strategies.

●       Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities for new product launches.

●       Specialise in all aspects of Amazon paid ads, utilising campaign management tools/ marketing agencies, strategizing and executing campaigns.

●       Manage inventory levels and ensure smooth fulfilment across platform

●       Analyse sales and performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimise product listings and marketing campaigns.

●       Manage relationships with e-commerce platform representatives and resolve any issues.

●       Stay up to date on industry trends, best practices, and new features across tools to enhance business outcomes.

●       Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product development, marketing, and customer service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.


Qualifications & Skillset Requirements


●       Bachelor’s degree, Masters is a plus.

●       4-7 years of experience in e-commerce/ D2C brands

●       Proven track record of managing amazon ads platform and driving brand growth across Amazon

●       Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

●       Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

●       Experience with Helium 10, Amazon ads platform, SEM rush, Hotjar and other platforms

●       Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite.

●       A deep understanding of e-commerce best practices.

●       Experience with data analysis tools such as Google Analytics is a plus.

●       Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

●       Passion for e-commerce and a desire to learn and grow.
