Position – Store Manager Location – Vadodara Roles & Responsibilities Complete management of Store operations Drive team towards successful achievement of assigned Targets on Business parameters including YOY growth Maintain Like for like (LFL) / Same store growth ahead of the prevailing market trends Managing Team by driving / aligning personal aspirations with laid down company objectives and targets Team briefing/grooming/training and development/retention of talent for deployment in the best interest of Company Maintain visual merchandising standards as per the latest trends & norms of the company Ensure high levels of customers satisfaction through excellent service Operational excellence to ensure adherence to laid down SOPs Maintaining track of stock dispatched and global count on a timely basis to avoid shrinkages Creation of weekly staff roster to ensure proper staffing at all times Being updated on competitors, retail partner performances and consumer trends Timely submission of MIS and all sales reports as required by Stakeholders Ability to handle staff grievances and control attrition Required Candidate profile Graduate or Post Graduate in any discipline Strong Managerial abilities Functional Skill Set and Scalability Strategic Orientation Analytical Mind set & Conceptual Thinking with good decision making skills Personal Leadership Customer Obsessed Innovation Hungry & Undertaking Initiative Execution Excellence / Achievement Orientation Perpetually Collaborating Impact & Influence ( Courage) Communication Notice Period - Immediate to 30 Days (prefers immediate joiners) Contact Person - Aafreen Shaikh Email - aafreen.shaikh@houseofanitadongre.com
