Job Description :


We are seeking a talented and innovative AI Engineer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in artificial intelligence, machine learning, and data analysis, with a passion for developing cutting-edge solutions to complex problems.

Key Responsibilities :

- AI Model Development : Design, develop, and implement AI models and algorithms to solve business challenges and enhance decision-making processes.

- Data Analysis : Analyze large datasets to extract insights and inform model development, leveraging statistical and analytical techniques.

- Machine Learning : Build and optimize machine learning models using various frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn).

- Collaboration : Work closely with cross-functional teams, including data scientists, software engineers, and product managers, to integrate AI solutions into applications and services.

- Research : Stay up to date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning, conducting research to implement best practices and new technologies.

- Performance Evaluation : Evaluate model performance and iterate on designs to improve accuracy and efficiency.

- Documentation : Create and maintain comprehensive documentation for algorithms, models, and processes to ensure knowledge sharing and maintainability.

- Deployment : Assist in deploying AI models into production environments, ensuring scalability and reliability.

Must-Have Skills :


- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or C++.

- Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms and frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, Keras, PyTorch).

- Experience with data processing and visualization tools (e.g., Pandas, NumPy, Matplotlib).

- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Azure) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker).

- Understanding of natural language processing (NLP) and computer vision techniques is a plus.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.

- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.

- 3 - 8 years of experience in AI engineering or related roles.
