You’ll be the backbone of how we measure, analyze, and scale the impact of our roundtables, leader communities, and sponsorship ecosystem.What You’ll Do- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources (LinkedIn, CRM, event registrations, sponsor reports, feedback forms, etc.). - Build dashboards and reports that track leader engagement, sponsor ROI, and event performance. - Identify patterns in leader participation, content virality, and market trends to support strategy. - Work closely with leadership, content, and sales teams to provide actionable insights. - Own the data pipeline—ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and storytelling. - Experiment with predictive models for leader turnout, sponsorship success, and community growth.What We’re Looking For- 2–4 years of experience in data analytics, preferably in B2B, SaaS, events, or community businesses. - Proficiency in SQL, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools (Tableau/Power BI/Looker Studio). - Strong ability to translate raw data into simple, visual insights. - Hands-on experience with data cleaning and handling large datasets. - Curiosity to go beyond the numbers—ask the right questions and challenge assumptions. - Bonus: Knowledge of LinkedIn analytics, HubSpot/Zoho CRM, or event-tech platforms.Why Join Us- Be part of a Top 1% Leaders ecosystem trusted by global enterprises. - Work directly with leadership on high-visibility projects that shape India’s leadership landscape. - Freedom to experiment with new data models and frameworks. - A culture built on clarity, curiosity, and scaling impact.
