TheSenior Manager – Corporate Strategywill play a key role in supporting Naxnova’s long-term growth agenda through strategic planning, financial analysis and project execution. The role requires strong analytical and financial capabilities to evaluate business performance, build projections, assess new opportunities and drive cross-functional strategic initiatives.The ideal candidate will combine strong financial modeling and project management skills with business acumen and the ability to work closely with senior leadership.Job Title:AGM/Senior Manager – Corporate Strategy Reporting To:Group Strategy Head Department:Corporate Strategy Type of Role:Individual Contributor Work Location:Corporate Office, Marol, Andheri (East), Mumbai, Maharashtra, India.Primary responsibilities: Strategic Planning & Financial Analysis Lead the preparation of annual and long-termbusiness and financial plansfor group companies. Developrobust financial models, business cases and projectionsto support decision-making for new initiatives, investments and expansion opportunities. Performscenario analysisand evaluate the financial impact of strategic alternatives. Support capital allocation decisions through detailed financial and operational analysis. Monitor business performance against plans and provide insights to management for corrective actions.Corporate Strategy & Business Initiatives Contribute to the formulation and execution of the Group’sstrategic roadmap, including both organic and inorganic growth initiatives. Conductmarket, industry and competitor analysisto identify new opportunities and potential risks. Collaborate with business heads to translate strategic objectives into actionable projects and track progress against milestones. Support evaluation ofstrategic partnerships, investments or M&A opportunitiesthrough financial and business analysis.Fundraising Support & Financial Coordination Assist in the preparation ofinvestment memorandums, business summaries and financial presentationsfor discussions with banks, investors and financial institutions. Supportcapital-raising processesby coordinating internal and external information requirements, financial data and analysis. Work closely with finance and external advisors on funding-related documentation and assessments as required.Project Management & Execution Drive the execution ofkey strategic and transformation projects, ensuring on-time delivery and alignment with business goals. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure accountability, issue resolution and progress reporting. Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to leadership on project outcomes and learnings.Leadership Support & Reporting Prepare high-qualitymanagement reports, dashboards and presentationssummarizing financial and strategic insights. Partner with senior leadership to support board-level reviews and strategic discussions. Manage engagement with external stakeholders such as consultants, investment bankers and advisors as required.Key Result Areas (KRAs) Quality and accuracy of financial models and projections. Timely delivery of business and strategic plans. Effective tracking and management of strategic projects. Actionable insights through market and performance analysis. Professional, data-driven reporting and presentations to senior management.Competencies & Skills Strong expertise infinancial modeling, business planning and valuation analysis. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and strategic thinking abilities. Project management experience with a structured and results-oriented approach. Strong presentation, communication and stakeholder management skills. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and analytical tools. Integrity, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.Educational Qualifications & Experience CA or MBA (Finance/Strategy)from a reputed institute. 6–12 yearsof relevant experience in corporate strategy, business planning or financial analysis roles. Exposure tostrategic project execution, investment evaluation or corporate finance.
