Responsibilities:


Job Summary:

We are looking for a knowledgeable and client-focused SEBI Registered Investment Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized investment advice, financial planning, and portfolio management services to help clients achieve their financial goals. You will be responsible for analysing clients' financial situations, developing tailored investment strategies, and ensuring all advisory activities comply with SEBI regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Client Advisory:

o Engage with clients to understand their financial objectives, risk tolerance, and investment preferences.

o Develop and implement personalized investment strategies tailored to clients' needs.

o Provide ongoing advice and recommendations on investment options, including equities, bonds, mutual funds, and other financial products.

• Financial Planning:

o Prepare comprehensive financial plans, including retirement planning, tax planning, and estate planning.

o Review and adjust financial plans regularly to reflect changes in clients' circumstances or market conditions.

• Portfolio Management:

o Monitor and manage clients' investment portfolios to ensure alignment with their goals.

o Conduct regular portfolio reviews and rebalancing as needed to optimize performance.

o Keep clients informed about market trends, portfolio performance, and any necessary adjustments.

• Compliance and Ethics:

o Ensure all advisory activities are conducted in full compliance with SEBI regulations and ethical standards.

o Maintain accurate records of client interactions, advice provided, and investment decisions.

o Uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and integrity in all client dealings.

Qualifications:

• SEBI Registered: Must be registered as an Investment Advisor with SEBI.

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree, CFP certification, or CFA designation is a plus.

• Experience: 3 of experience in investment advisory, financial planning, or a related role.

• Skills:

o Strong understanding of financial markets, investment products, and portfolio management.

o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.

o Proficient in financial planning software and tools.

o High ethical standards and attention to detail.

o Ability to work independently and provide clear, actionable advice.
