Job Title: Junior Data AnalystJob Description:We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Junior Data Analyst to join our analytics team. You will support data collection, cleaning, analysis, and reporting to help drive data-informed decisions across the organization. This role is ideal for someone with strong analytical skills, a curiosity for uncovering insights, and a desire to grow in the field of data analytics.Key Responsibilities:- Collect, clean, and organize data from various internal and external sources. - Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and actionable insights. - Support the creation of dashboards and visual reports for business teams. - Assist in maintaining data accuracy and integrity across systems. - Collaborate with stakeholders to understand data requirements and reporting needs. - Generate ad-hoc reports and perform exploratory data analysis as required. - Document processes, methodologies, and key findings.Required Skills & Experience:- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. - 0–2 years of experience in data analysis or related roles (internship or academic projects acceptable). - Proficiency in Excel and SQL for data manipulation and querying. - Basic knowledge of data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker). - Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis. - Strong analytical, numerical, and problem-solving abilities. - Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with data cleaning, preprocessing, and validation. - Understanding of databases and data warehousing concepts. - Familiarity with statistical analysis and predictive modeling. - Exposure to BI tools and automation using scripts or APIs. - Knowledge of version control tools (Git) is a plus.Why Join Us:- Work on real-world business problems using data-driven approaches. - Learn from experienced data professionals and gain hands-on exposure to modern analytics tools. - Collaborative and growth-focused work environment. - Competitive compensation with opportunities for career development.
