📌 Job Title: Customer Support Executive (Inbound & Outbound)📍 Location: Gurgaon✨ Role OverviewWe are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Support Executive to manage inbound and outbound interactions with customers, channel partners, architects, and interior designers. The role demands outstanding communication skills, a strong customer-first mindset, and the ability to handle premium clientele.🧾 Key Responsibilities✔ Handle inbound calls and address customer inquiries✔ Provide accurate information across product categories: Laminates, Veneers, Flooring, Doors, Plywood & Chipboards✔ Resolve complaints, service requests, and product queries within defined timelines✔ Maintain detailed CRM records and documentation✔ Conduct outbound calls to qualify leads from marketing campaigns, exhibitions, and digital inquiries✔ Schedule appointments for the sales team & conduct periodic follow-ups for conversion✔ Upsell / cross-sell complementary products where relevant✔ Collect feedback and relay insights to internal teams for improvement✔ Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and relationship-building🎓 Required Qualifications & Experience🔹 Minimum 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role (preferably handling premium/high-value products)🔹 Graduate in any discipline🔹 Experience in building materials / interior décor industry preferred🔹 Familiarity with CRM & MS Excel is an added advantage💡 Skills Required⭐ Excellent verbal & written communication in English and Hindi (regional language is an advantage)⭐ Strong interpersonal & objection-handling skills⭐ Multitasking, time management & organizational skills⭐ Positive attitude, team player, and customer-centric mindset#CRM #ClientHandling #CustomerSatisfaction #LeadFollowUp #ProfessionalCommunication #RelationshipManagement #ProblemSolving #CrossSelling #Upselling
