Key Responsibilities:


- Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand their requirements and objectives related to market risk, treasury operations, and regulatory reporting.


- Conduct in-depth analysis of market risk metrics, treasury activities, and regulatory reporting requirements.


- Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance risk management practices and streamline regulatory reporting processes.


- Gather and document business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications for new initiatives and enhancements.


- Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions and ensure alignment with business objectives.


- Develop test cases and perform testing to validate the functionality and accuracy of implemented solutions.


- Assist in the implementation of risk management tools, systems, and processes to support market risk monitoring and reporting.


- Monitor regulatory developments and changes in market risk regulations to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.


- Provide support and expertise to business users and stakeholders on market risk, treasury, and regulatory reporting matters.


Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives related to risk management, treasury operations,

and regulatory Degree in finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.


- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the financial services industry, with a focus on market risk, treasury, or regulatory reporting.


- Solid understanding of market risk metrics, treasury operations, and regulatory requirements (e.g., Basel III, Dodd-Frank, MiFID II).


- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and identify trends and patterns.


- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.


- Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as requirements gathering, process mapping, and stakeholder analysis.


- Familiarity with financial instruments, risk management methodologies, and regulatory reporting systems.


- Knowledge of regulatory reporting frameworks and requirements for financial institutions.


- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.


Primary Skills:


- Candidate must hold a proven track record as an outstanding business analyst and / or consultant with multi-year experience within the Banking Sector


- Exposure to Stress Testing in domain such as Market Risk, Treasury is a must


- Good understanding of Finance and Regulatory reporting background


- Expert in creation of business requirements document and other associated documents such as process maps, Data mapping specification for the interaction with the Technology - Development teams


- Experienced in Agile modes of delivery


- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
