Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Project Manager based in Jaipur, with flexibility for some work-from-home days. The role involves managing project timelines and deliverables, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring program goals are achieved efficiently. Responsibilities include overseeing project lifecycles, facilitating effective communication, resolving potential challenges, and collaborating with the team to deliver robust technical solutions aligned with client expectations. Qualifications Strong Project Management and Program Management skills for planning, executing, and monitoring projects effectivelyAdvanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving, decision-making, and developing insights-based strategiesExcellent Communication skills to facilitate stakeholder communication and convey project updates clearlyTeam Leadership abilities to inspire, motivate, and guide cross-functional teams in achieving project objectivesFamiliarity with agile methodologies, relevant technical tools, and certifications such as PMP or PRINCE2 is a plusBachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or equivalent experience preferred
