Role Description:

- This is a full-time on-site role as an Associate Director/Director Partner Growth located in Mumbai.

- The role involves overseeing the growth of partnerships and collaboration with brands and fintech companies on our credit card platform.

- Responsibilities include developing and implementing strategies with our partner banks to drive Credit card usage and platform engagement, managing campaigns and nudges and driving overall client satisfaction.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in Credit cards, portfolio managent and/ or Loyalty space in fintech or banking industry.

- Demonstrated success in driving spend growth and revenue growth in credit cards portfolio.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

- Strong analytical skills to analyze partnership performance metrics and optimize growth opportunities.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field; MBA is a plus.

- Knowledge of banking products, credit card industry trends, and regulatory requirements.

- Strategic thinker with a proactive and solution-oriented approach to driving partner growth.
