Greetings from TATA Consultancy Services Thank you for expressing your interest in exploring a career possibility with the TCS Family.Hiring For: ServiceNow ITAM Developer Location: Hyderabad Experience: 6- 10 Year Mode Of Interview: Virtual Interview Notice period: less than 45 daysResponsibilities: Design, develop, configure, implement, and support all ITAM applications for various clients Advise on multiple implementations of ServiceNow ITAM applications including Asset Management, Software Asset Management, Contract Management, and Configuration Management Work with User Interface (UI) policies, data policies, UI actions, business rules, client scripts and ACL's. Manage data with tables, the configuration management database (CMDB), import sets and update sets. Lead integration activities with SCCM, Intune, and other end user discovery tools Develop the catalogue Service items Requirements: Minimum 5 yrs of. experience implementing ITSM /ITAM solution using the ServiceNow platform Strong understanding of a Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and its relationship to asset management and IT service management processes Domain knowledge of SAM, HAM, CSDM, CMDB, and Intune is required Consulting experience is an added advantage Must have strong verbal and written communication skills Experience with web technologies (HTML, JavaScript, Angular JS, REST) and integrations Excellent analytical, problem solving and troubleshooting skills. Strong quantitative and analytical aptitude Required Certifications: ServiceNow System Administrator (CSA), Hardware Asset Management (CIS-HAM) Plus core ITSM certifications and micro-certifications for Service CatLog, Asset Management, Configuration Management
