  • Inspection and Testing:
  • Oversee testing of raw materials and finished mattresses using specialized equipment like compression and durability tests. Conduct audits and inspections to address quality issues.
  • Process Improvement:
  • Analyze production processes to improve quality and reduce defects. Collaborate with the production team to implement enhancements.
  • Team Leadership:
  • Supervise quality control staff and provide training on standards and testing procedures. Promote continuous improvement and quality awareness.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Maintain records of inspections and corrective actions. Ensure compliance with industry standards like ISO and regulatory requirements.


Requirements

  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Industrial Management or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in quality control, specifically in mattress manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of quality control methods (e.g., Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing).
  • Proficiency in quality testing equipment.
  • Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and leadership skills.
  • Quality Management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma) are a plus.
