Sharing below Job Description, please apply if you are interested.Job Location - BangaloreExperience - 5+ yearsPrincipal Duties and Responsibilities:- Design and maintain observability dashboards and alerting systems using Splunk and Datadog. - Monitor application and infrastructure performance, availability, and usage trends. - Analyze logs, metrics, and traces to support incident response and root cause analysis. - Manage and execute Salesforce deployment activities using GitLab CI/CD pipelines, including metadata versioning, validation, and promotion across environments. - Collaborate with DevOps, SRE, and Salesforce teams to ensure deployment quality and system visibility. - Optimize data ingestion and retention strategies for observability tools. - Document deployment processes, observability standards, and troubleshooting guidesTop 3 Hard Skills Required + Years of Experience: [optional]- Experience with Splunk (search queries, dashboards, alerts) and Datadog (APM, infrastructure monitoring). - Hands-on experience with Salesforce deployment using GitLab, including CI/CD pipeline configuration and metadata management. - Familiarity with Salesforce DX and version control best practices.Qualifications, Skills, Experience and Personal Requirements:- Bachelor’s degree in computer science/engineering or equivalent - Expertise in writing technical requirements and documentation - Proven experience with application configuration - Proven experience with system/application implementation - Excellent communication skills - interpersonal, written and verbal. - Excellent listening and facilitation skills; the ability to sense organizational vibrations. - Coaching and mentoring skills, especially influencing others to move toward a common goal or vision. - Entrepreneurship and resourcefulness – an initiative-taker. - Self-awareness, with a desire for constant self-improvement. - Must be a collaborator and able to work with and through others.
