With our client, you will beexposed to the latest technologies and work with some of the brightest minds in the industry.Our client is one of leading Investment abnking company so you will be playing a key role as a VP International Change – Project Manager /Program Manager (Only from Investment banking )who can assist with the below:Project manage business and technology transformation programsManage cross-functional project teams and stakeholder relationshipsOversee project planning, execution, and risk managementEstablish governance frameworks and ensure regulatory complianceManage project budgets, resources, and timelinesDrive benefits realization and continuous improvementRequired Skills & Experience: Business/Technical:Minimum 10 to 12 years of experience in consulting or handling change programs within investment banking.Proven track record of delivering complex change projects within financial markets/trading environments Strong understanding of investment banking/markets products and operations Equities Prime Brokerage (Cash or Synthetic) across some or all of trade capture, lifecycle, risk & margin and client experience Equity Finance / Securities Lending including Availability, Trade Management, Inventory Management, Tri party and Collateral. Awareness of regional variations. Sound understanding of financial products including Derivatives, Corporate Bonds, Converts, Loans, Swaps, Equities and their Trade Life CycleUnderstanding of how Prime relates to Equities and Global Markets Useful to have knowledge of industry standard platforms such as Traiana, Geneva, Access Fintech, Global 1, Syncova Experience with project management methodologies and toolsKnowledge of financial market regulations and control frameworksAbility to translate complex technical requirements into business solutionsLeadership:Proven ability to manage multiple global workstreamsStrong vendor and stakeholder managementStrategic thinking and problem-solving capabilitiesExcellent communication and influencing skillsExperience managing project budgets and benefitsQualifications:Bachelor's degree (Business, Finance, Technology, or related)Professional certifications (Agile, PMP, PRINCE2)
