Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Accountability for all development items until it is released to production and during Hyper care period (Usually 1 week from release)., including but not limited to:
  • Translation of business requirement to technical solution
  • Taking responsibility for the success of the solution
  • Primary ownership of development completion as per agreed timeline until the end of hyper care period. The ownership remains with configuration owner(CO) even if external support is utilized during development phase.
  • Responsible to keep the application up to date with the latest trends and features from Intelex
  • Responsible to maintain coding standards and lean configurations
  • Contribute to Estimation of effort for prioritized tasks and delivery timeline
  • Intelex Support forum engagement for platform support
  • Intelex Custom configuration and data management activities in customer applications as per business requirements, examples like
  • Page configuration- Editing/Adding few fields, forms using form configuration setting
  • Workflow configurations- Tweaking existing workflow/approval process, using approval configuration setting
  • Reports- Building new custom reports using report configuration setting
  • Notification/ email alert configurations using builder configurations
  • Master Data management in the administrative table, shared table setting
  • Event Service/Data import configurations for automation
  • Data Service link OData/API/SFTP for data integration
  • Other admin related tasks for associated modules
  • User Security group management
  • Work with Infosys Test and Support teams on solution demo and deep issue investigations.
  • Constantly Engaging with customer Tech Lead in maintaining and resolving Problem Tickets.
  • Work closely with AMS team for problem management activities/service improvement initiatives.
  • Engaging with Test CoE team, align on release items, Demo the changes, Knowledge transfer, Approving test cases
  • CR process to be followed for all SDLC activities. Primary ownership of technical documentation
  • Backlog management and regular task updates in JIRA tool


Measure of Success

  • Support the Test Script (unit test) creation & execution
  • Contribution to customer way baseline documentation
  • Timely delivery of solution features with utmost quality and scalability.
  • UpToDate Documentation of development
  • The solution is UpToDate with latest Platform features
  • Issues are dealt with and raised to stakeholders proactively
  • Stakeholders are kept aware of status of relevant topics for instance any surprises impacting the schedule of delivery.


Essential:

  • 2 to 4 years of experience in EHS COTS implementation
  • Functional experience and problem-solving skills in the following EHS modules: Incident Management, Health and Safety Management, Environment Management (Air, Water, and Waste) and other SAP EHS/EHSM modules like occupational health, product safety, etc.
  • EHS COTs product Intellex configuration experience.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology or related degree required, Master’s degree a plus.


Preferred:

  • Experience with Data migration and data management activities
  • Exposure to COTS Product like Enablon/Intelex/Cority

Additional Skills:

  • Must have good interpersonal skills
  • Must have ability to analyze problems and provide clear recommendations
  • Must have excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
