Project Manager Scrum Master

Duties:

• Participate in PI planning sessions and facilitate team break-out sessions.

• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters and roles in the ART to ensure alignment and synchronization of the different scrum teams and the delivery of value.

• Facilitate Scrum events such as daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint review, and sprint retrospective.

• Identify and troubleshoot obstacles that are hindering the team’s progress.

• Promote continuous improvement through retrospectives and feedback sessions.

• Communicate project status, risks, and issues to stakeholders.

• Track KPIs and help teams deliver high-quality products/solutions on time.

• Ensure that the team follows the SAFe framework and adheres to Agile principles.

• Participate / facilitate scrum of scrum events.

• Collaborate with multiple teams to make sure work items are actively worked upon by the right team to meet deadlines.


Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree.

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM), Certified Scrum Professional (CSP).

• A minimum of 5 years of project manager experience leading cross-functional projects.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master.

• Strong knowledge of Agile Scrum principles and practices.

• Experience with Salesforce implementations.

• Strong understanding of Sales E2E processes like understanding of basic CRM features, sales, and support processes.

• Strong influencing skills and overall partnership and collaboration.

• Demonstrates excellent oral and written communication skills.

• Ability to lead and facilitate Scrum ceremonies.

• Demonstrated leadership in, and understanding of, project management and Agile concepts, processes, practices, procedures, and tools.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to combine attention to detail with big picture perspective.

• Able to communicate technical issues in a non-technical manner to a diverse audience.

• Experience leading global teams.

• Proficient with project management and Agile tools, preferably Microsoft ADO.


Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business or Engineering preferred.

• SAFe certification and Kanban certification are a plus.
