Software Requirements:

• Proficient with Qlik Sense development, dashboard design and performance optimization.
• Experience with Qlik Sense server management and administration.
• Familiarity with data modeling, SQL, and ETL processes.
• Knowledge of additional BI tools (e.g., QlikView, Tableau) is a plus.
• Understanding of data warehouse concepts and structures, cubes, and ETL processes.

Overall Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain Qlik Sense applications for business analytics.
• Translate complex business requirements into interactive dashboards and reports.
• Ensure the integrity and accuracy of data and analytics provided to stakeholders.
• Optimize data models and Qlik applications for performance and usability.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Qlik solutions into business processes.

Categorywise Technical Skills:

• Data Integration:
• Ability to extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from various databases and systems.
• Proficient in writing complex SQL queries and scripts.
• Application Development:
• Strong ability in front-end development to create user-friendly dashboards.
• Experience with Qlik Sense extension development using JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.

Data Modeling:

• In-depth knowledge of data modeling techniques and best practices.
• Experience in designing and implementing Qlik data models.
• Analytics and Reporting:
• Ability to interpret data and turn insights into actionable recommendations.
• Proficient in creating and managing Qlik Sense reports, charts, and visualizations.
• Server Administration:
• Knowledge of Qlik Sense server architecture and management.
• Understanding of security, access rights, and permissions within Qlik Sense.

Experience:

• Minimum of 7 years of hands-on experience with Qlik Sense.
• Proven track record in developing complex Qlik Sense applications.
• Experience in working with large datasets and complex data models.

Day-to-Day Activities:

• Develop and maintain Qlik Sense applications according to business needs.
• Collaborate with business users to refine requirements and deliver analytics solutions.
• Perform data analysis to troubleshoot and improve existing Qlik applications.
• Monitor and optimize Qlik Sense server performance and manage user access.
• Conduct user training and create documentation for developed applications.

Qualification:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
• Certifications in Qlik Sense are highly desirable.

Soft Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
• Proven ability to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities.
• Eagerness to learn new technologies and business processes.
