Job SummaryWe are looking for a highly skilledUnreal Engine Artistwith proven hands-on experience in creating high-quality real-time environments. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in environmental design, lighting, materials, and performance optimization within Unreal Engine. A solid portfolio demonstrating Unreal Engine work is mandatory.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop high-quality environmental assets and complete scenes using Unreal Engine. Create realistic and optimized environments for real-time applications. Implement and manageBlueprintsfor environmental interactions and scene functionality. Develop and optimizeTextures and Materialsusing Unreal Material Editor. Execute professionalLighting setupsincluding static, dynamic, baked lighting andLumenworkflows. Create, manage, and optimizeFoliage systemsfor large-scale environments. Ensure strong performance throughoptimization techniquesincluding: Instancing LOD creation and management Nanite workflows Draw call reduction and performance profiling Collaborate with designers and developers to maintain visual quality and technical performance. Troubleshoot and resolve visual or performance-related issues.Required Skills & QualificationsMinimum3+ years of professional experience working with Unreal Engine(must be clearly demonstrated). Strong expertise in: Environmental Design & Level Art Blueprint-driven workflows Texture and Material creation Lighting, Baking & Lumen systems Foliage creation and optimization Performance optimization: Instancing, LODs, Nanite Ability to balance visual quality with performance efficiency. Strong understanding of real-time rendering pipelines. Mandatorystrong Unreal Engine portfolio(showcases environments and real-time scenes).PreferredWorking knowledge ofBlenderfor asset creation, modification, or optimization.
