We are a leading software services organization dedicated to serving P&C customers in the United States. We are looking for a seasoned Quality Engineering (QE) Practice Leader to join our team. This role can be based in Hyderabad, Pune, or Coimbatore.


Key Responsibilities:


- Lead and manage our Quality Engineering practice, driving excellence in software testing and automation.

- Oversee QE across various domains including Data, API, Application, and Analytics.

- Develop and implement QE strategies to ensure quality throughout the software lifecycle.

- Drive capability and competency development within the QE team.

- Lead the creation of RFPs, SOWs, and proposals for QE services.

- Develop and manage service solutions for QE, including managed services.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and innovation in quality practices.

- Provide thought leadership and mentoring to QE teams.

- Develop QE competency and build SDETs

- Develop market leading QE solutions and accelerators to support delivery and differentiate

-Develop Non functional automation quality engineering competency across Performance, DevOps, and Security, and Penetration

- Build strong QE delivery across the organization


Qualifications:


- Proven experience in a practice leadership role within Quality Engineering, Software Testing, and Automation.

- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with QE solutions across multiple areas such as Data, API, Application, and Analytics.

- Experience in the P&C insurance domain is a strong advantage.

- Strong problem-solving skills and a QE solution mindset.

- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

- Experience in capability and competency development within QE teams.

- Proven track record in developing RFPs, SOWs, and proposals.

- Experience in managing service solutions for QE, including managed services.
