CleverTap - Staff Backend Engineer - MongoDB/Java

Description:About the Role:At CleverTap, were building the systems that power real-time, data-driven customer engagement at a massive scale and were looking for a Staff Backend Engineer to help us take it even further.This isnt just about writing great code (though youll do plenty of that) its about shaping the architecture, driving technical direction, and solving some of the toughest engineering challenges in distributed computing, data processing, and large-scale platform design.What will you do:Youll work on high-impact projects that demand innovation across multiple domains: large-scale data retrieval and analytics, security and privacy, performance optimization, and fault-tolerant systems.From collaborating with product managers to partnering with QA, designers, and fellow engineers, youll be involved end-to-end: designing, building, deploying, and optimizing products that sit at the heart of the CleverTap Platform.If you thrive on tackling complex problems, making architectural decisions that stand the test of time, and pushing technology forward, this role is your next challenge.What are we looking for ?
