With our own YouTube channel and a strong in-house creative team including designers, editors, cinematographers, and a research & copy team — we’re building a bold digital brand.We’re looking for a passionate Thumbnail & Graphic Designer who has a keen interest in tech products and loves creating scroll-stopping visuals.🎯 Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-impact YouTube thumbnails that boost CTR and engagementCreate visually appealing graphics, social media posts, and brand creativesConceptualize and execute creative ideas based on content briefsCollaborate with content, research, video, and camera teamsParticipate in shoots to assist in creative direction & design planningStay updated with YouTube trends, design formats & digital aestheticsMaintain consistency with brand identity and toneManage projects and deliver high-quality designs within deadlines✅ Requirements2–4 years of experience in graphic design (media or digital content industry preferred)Proven experience in YouTube thumbnail designingStrong knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator, and other design toolsCreative mindset with attention to detail & storytelling abilityUnderstanding of YouTube content trends & audience psychologyPassion for tech products & pop-cultureStrong visual sense, layout, typography & color theoryAbility to work on-site in Noida💡 Preferred SkillsExperience in digital media houses or YouTube-focused brandsKnowledge of video basics / motion graphics (bonus)Ability to experiment with ideas & bring fresh creative approaches🌟 Why Join UsCreative, flexible & supportive work cultureBeautiful office space & collaborative environmentYoung, dynamic team of creative mindsOpportunity to work on exciting tech-driven content & trending formats
