Saarthee is based out of Philadelphia, USA with office in UK and India.Position Summary : We are seeking a Java Architect with deep expertise in the Payments Domain to define, architect, and scale distributed, high-volume systems. This role balances strategic technical leadership with hands-on problem-solving and collaboration, ensuring the delivery of secure, scalable, and future-ready payment platforms.Your Role Responsibilities and Duties : - Own end-to-end architecture and design for high-scale, distributed services in the payment's ecosystem.- Drive technical vision, best practices, and architectural standards across teams.- Stay hands-on with prototyping, debugging, and complex problem-solving.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Product, QA, and Engineering Managers.- Conduct architecture and code reviews to ensure quality and maintainability.- Mentor engineers across levels, fostering innovation and growth.- Evaluate emerging tools, frameworks, and technologies to enhance developer productivity and system performance.Required Skills and Qualifications : - 10 - 14 years of backend engineering experience.- Expertise in Java (11+), Spring Boot, REST APIs, and AWS Cloud.- Strong proficiency in Payments Domain with proven experience in high-volume, distributed systems.- Experience in system design, scaling, performance optimization, and security.- Hands-on with Microservices, NoSQL databases, RDBMS, and caching techniques.- Proficiency with cloud platforms, Docker/Kubernetes, CI/CD pipelines, and automation tools (Terraform, Ansible, Jenkins).- Knowledge of at least one additional programming language (Go, Python preferred).- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and communication skills.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies (SAFe, Scrum).What we Offer : - Bootstrapped and financially stable with high pre-money evaluation.- Above industry renumerations.- Additional compensation tied to Renewal and Pilot Project Execution.- Additional lucrative business development compensation.- Firm building opportunities that offer stage for holistic professional development, growth, and branding.- Empathetic, excellence and result driven organization.
