Key Job Responsibilities :

  • Closing monthly and annual books of accounts.
  • Preparation of monthly MIS for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure all the statutory and regulatory compliance requirements are met on or before the due date.
  • Manage the treasury of the company to ensure the optimum utilisation of working capital.
  • Preparation and presentation of financial statements in accordance with GAAP.
  • Liaising with statutory auditors and DD partners to ensure timely completion of audit and Due diligence.
  • Define and track critical success metrics and KPIs of the business, collaborating with other divisions to address them.
  • Analyze costs, pricing, variable contributions, sales results and the division’s actual performance compared to the business plans.
  • Conduct reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities.
  • Oversee operations of the finance department, set goals and objectives, and design a framework for these to be met.
  • Preparation of the company’s budget and variance analysis.
  • Managing end-to-end turnover transactions of inventory e-commerce and marketplace 
  • Oversee accounts payable processes, which requires an advanced level of understanding of the procurement flow processes and their relation to accounts payable.
  • Developing in-depth knowledge of organizational products and process
  • Interface with business teams and external stakeholders to address the issues relating to the budgets and MIS
  • Support other Finance team members and executives with projects and tasks when required
  • Provide informal training and guidance for junior members of the Finance team.
  • Uncover and drive process improvement opportunities across the Finance team.


Criteria:

  1. Experience in handling the finance team and hands-on at the same time
  2. Experience of handling Audit, Due-Diligence by Big4 auditors
  3. Previous experience of working for Ecommerce accounting (plus point)
  4. Experienced with inventory management
  5. Good Understanding of applicable compliances to a company
  6. Hands on tally experience
  7. Excellent MS Excel skills
  8. Very good in interpersonal relations, excellent coordination skills and clear communication


Education:  Chartered Accountant

Experience: 4-5 Years.

Certification: Tally, MS Excel (Advanced)
