Job Summary :

We are looking for a seasoned SAP S/4 HANA Functional Consultant specializing in Extended Warehouse Management (EWM) to join our growing SAP team. The ideal candidate should have 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience, including at least 2+ years on S/4 HANA and exposure to full life-cycle EWM implementations. This role requires deep functional expertise in configuring EWM modules and working knowledge across MM, QM, and SD.

Key Responsibilities :

- Work as a Functional Consultant in the SAP EWM (Extended Warehouse Management) module with S/4 HANA.

- Deliver end-to-end implementations, rollouts, and support projects.

- Configure and customize EWM to meet business process requirements, specifically:

- Warehouse Organization Structure

- Inbound and Outbound Processes

- Process-Oriented and Layout-Oriented Storage Control

- Replenishment and Physical Inventory

- Design and implement:

- Serial Number and Batch Management

- RF (ITS) Screen Design

- Wave Management, 2-Step Picking, and Packaging

- Available-to-Promise (ATP) functionalities

- Handle Shipment and Delivery Processing, including:

- Output Configuration

- Transportation Unit (TU) Management

- IDoc and Interface Integration

- Queue Monitoring and Error Resolution

- Provide cross-functional support and configuration expertise in:

- MM (Material Management)

- QM (Quality Management)

- SD (Sales and Distribution)

- Handle MM functions like Procure-to-Pay (P2P) cycle, Material Master Management, and MIRO.

- Support enhancement design and post-Go Live support activities.

- Ensure adherence to SLAs and provide timely resolutions to production issues.

Required Skills & Qualifications :

- Minimum 8+ years of hands-on SAP experience.

- At least 2+ years of SAP S/4 HANA experience in EWM.

- 12 full lifecycle SAP EWM implementations (mandatory).

- Deep functional knowledge in EWM, especially around warehouse structure, logistics processes, and inventory handling.

- Proficiency in RF device integration and screen design (ITS).

- Good understanding of IDoc processing, integration monitoring, and issue resolution.

- Solid hands-on configuration skills in SAP EWM/MM/WM.

- Familiarity with cross-functional areas: MM, SD, QM.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Preferred Qualifications :

- SAP EWM Certification (preferred, not mandatory).

- Experience in Agile or hybrid project environments.

- Exposure to SAP Fiori apps related to warehouse and logistics.

- Basic understanding of technical concepts for working with ABAP teams.
