Job Summary:
We are looking for an experienced Technical Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex technology projects across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate should have a strong technical background, solid project management expertise, and experience working in Agile and DevOps-driven environments. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
- Define project scope, goals, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with stakeholders.
- Manage full project lifecycle including planning, development, testing, deployment, and post-go-live support.
- Lead Agile teams through ceremonies such as sprint planning, stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives.
- Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors for flawless execution.
- Identify and manage risks, issues, and changes throughout the project lifecycle.
- Ensure adherence to architecture standards, design best practices, and quality assurance processes.
- Monitor progress and prepare regular status reports for stakeholders and senior management.
- Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Architects, and Developers to ensure clarity and alignment.
- Ensure delivery of high-quality, scalable, and secure technical solutions.
- Manage project budgets, forecasts, and resource allocation.
- Support CI/CD and DevOps processes as part of the development and release strategy.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of IT experience, with 4+ years in project management roles.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), Agile (Scrum/SAFe), and DevOps.
- Hands-on technical experience or background in software development is preferred.
- Proven ability to manage enterprise-level web, cloud, or integration projects.
- Proficient with project tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Confluence, Git, etc.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
