Job Summary:

As a Tele Sales Manager in a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC), you will be responsible for promoting and selling the company's financial products over the phone. This includes loans, insurance, credit services, and other financial products. Your role involves reaching out to potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable financial solutions. You will also play a key role in maintaining customer relationships, achieving sales targets, and ensuring high customer satisfaction.



Key Responsibilities

:1) Sales Generation

  • :Make outbound calls to prospective customers to promote financial products such as personal loans, business loans, insurance, and other NBFC services
  • .Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate financial products
  • .Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets

.2) Customer Relationship Management

  • :Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing customers
  • .Provide detailed information and explain product features, benefits, and terms
  • .Handle customer queries and objections effectively

.3) Lead Conversion

  • :Follow up on leads provided by the company and convert them into successful sales
  • .Use persuasive techniques to ensure potential clients move forward with the offered services

.4) Data Management

  • :Maintain accurate records of calls, customer information, and sales activities in the company's CRM system
  • .Update customer status and maintain a clear sales pipeline

.5) Cross-Selling

  • :Identify opportunities to cross-sell additional financial products and services based on customer profiles and needs

.6) Compliance

  • :Adhere to company policies, industry regulations, and financial guidelines while interacting with customers
  • .Ensure full compliance with data protection and confidentiality standards

.7) Reporting

  • :Provide daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports to the sales manager
  • .Track and report on key metrics such as call volume, lead conversion rate, and sales performance
