- We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Investment Banking Associate with 5 years of experience in M&A advisory.

- The ideal candidate will play a key role in transaction execution, financial modeling, market research, client communication, and preparation of key deal documentation. You will work directly with senior bankers and clients on strategic transactions including mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, and capital raising mandates.

Job Location - Nariman Point, Mumbai

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead and manage end-to-end M&A transaction processes including due diligence, valuation, negotiations, and documentation.

- Conduct detailed financial modeling, including DCF, LBO, precedent transaction, and comparable company analyses.

- Prepare pitch books, information memorandums (CIMs), investor presentations, and board materials.

- Support in deal structuring and provide strategic advice to clients.

- Coordinate with legal, tax, and other due diligence advisors during live deals.

- Conduct industry and company-specific research to identify trends, targets, and strategic insights.

- Maintain and build client relationships; actively participate in meetings and presentations.

- Supervise and mentor analysts and interns.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in M&A advisory, investment banking, or corporate development.

- Strong track record of executing mid to large-cap M&A transactions across sectors.

- Proficient in financial modeling, valuation techniques, and M&A structuring.

- Strong understanding of investment banking tools, databases, and financial statements.

- Excellent presentation, communication, and analytical skills.

- Ability to work under tight deadlines in a high-pressure, team-oriented environment.

- MBA (Finance), CA, or equivalent qualification preferred.
