About the Job :

We are looking for an experienced and skilled SAP SD/LE Lead to join our team in Bangalore. This role is ideal for a seasoned professional with over 9 years of expertise in SAP SD (Sales and Distribution) and LE (Logistics Execution) who is ready to lead a team and drive successful SAP implementations, rollouts, and support engagements.

Experience Required : 9+ years in SAP SD/LE

Location : Bangalore, India

Notice Period : Immediate to 15 Days (Maximum)

Mode of Work : Hybrid

Key Responsibilities :

- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of SAP consultants and ensure effective execution of SAP projects.

- Provide guidance and support to team members and oversee project deliverables.

- Implementation & Rollout: Manage and execute SAP SD/LE implementation and rollout projects.

- Ensure successful deployment of SAP solutions and integration with existing systems.

- Support Engagements: Provide ongoing support and maintenance for SAP SD/LE modules, troubleshooting issues, and implementing enhancements as required.

- RICEFS: Develop and manage Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, and Workflow (RICEFS) as per project requirements.

- Configuration & Interfaces: Configure SAP SD/LE modules according to business needs and manage interfaces with other systems and modules.

- Testing: Oversee and perform various testing activities including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure system functionality meets requirements.

- Requirements Gathering & Designing: Engage with stakeholders to gather requirements and design functional specifications for SAP SD/LE modules.

- Design forms and document processes.

- Intercompany Billing: Manage intercompany billing processes and ensure accurate and efficient intercompany transactions.

- IDocs: Implement and manage IDoc configurations for seamless data exchange between systems.

- Credit Management: Apply and manage credit management processes within SAP, ensuring alignment with business policies and procedures.

- SD Integration: Facilitate and oversee the integration of SAP SD with other SAP modules and external systems.

- Basic SD Functions: Utilize and optimize basic SD functions such as Order Management, Delivery, and Billing to support business operations.

- 3PL/4PL Model: Apply functional and business knowledge of third-party logistics (3PL) and fourth-party logistics (4PL) models in SAP.

- LE-TRA Understanding: Have a fundamental understanding of Logistics Execution Transportation (LE-TRA) including shipment management and shipment cost analysis.

- Customization: Perform hands-on customization of SD and LE modules to meet specific business requirements.

- Intercompany Processes: Manage and customize end-to-end Intercompany processes, including Stock Transport Orders (STO) in SAP.

- Credit Card Payments: Knowledge of Credit Card Payment processes is preferable.

- SAP PI Liaison: Act as a liaison with SAP Process Integration (PI) to ensure smooth data exchange and integration across systems.

Qualifications :

- Experience: Minimum of 9 years of experience in SAP SD/LE, with demonstrated experience in leading teams and managing complex projects.

- Technical Skills: Extensive experience with SAP SD/LE configuration, RICEFS, IDocs, and Credit Management.

- Proficiency in SAP PI is a plus.

- Analytical Skills: Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and provide effective solutions.

- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to interact effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Educational Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Relevant SAP certifications are an advantage.
