Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Campaign Analyst/Developer to join our team in Pune. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CleverTap campaign development and strategy, with a focus on the BFSI sector. This role involves developing and managing marketing campaigns, analyzing performance data, and collaborating with various teams to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing campaigns using CleverTap and other marketing automation tools.
  • Strategize and execute campaigns to optimize customer engagement and retention.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with Client POCs, Marketing team to align campaign strategies with business goals.
  • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to refine campaign tactics and messaging.
  • Provide training and support to team members on the use of marketing tools and platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in marketing automation and data analytics.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in marketing operations, campaign management, or a similar role.
  • Proficiency in CleverTap campaign development and strategy.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data analysis and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
  • Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to project management.
  • Familiarity with Excel, and other data management tools is a plus.
  • Industry experience in BFSI is preferred.
