Job Description:

Bert Labs is seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales & Product Leader to drive the growth and success of our B2B SaaS products. You will play a crucial role in understanding client needs, developing strategic product roadmaps, and ensuring exceptional customer experiences. Your efforts will directly contribute to our goal of achieving a profitable revenue target of US$ 1 Billion by 2026-27 and establishing Bert Labs as one of the largest global technology Leadership:

- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and product strategies for Bert Labs' SaaS products.

- Collaborate with the CEO, CGO, Product Management Leaders, and Technology

- Groups to build and refine the product and pricing roadmap.

- Understand industry verticals, client needs, and current solutions to identify new opportunities and areas for improvement.

Product Management:

- Lead the research, identification, and productization of new use cases and complex problem statements for Bert Platform Solution, Bert Maximus, Bert Qrious, Bert Nova, and Bert Optimus.

- Drive market research, competitive analysis, and business metrics to inform product direction and improvements.

- Supervise customer, partner, sales, and delivery feedback to continuously enhance product features and performance.

Sales & Business Development:

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive rapid scale-up and achieve the company's revenue targets.

- Close client deals for initial projects and ensure seamless expansion to meet and exceed revenue goals.

- Engage with top/senior leadership within client organizations to present proposals and secure buy-in.

Customer Experience:

- Own and drive outstanding customer experience throughout the product lifecycle.

- Collect and analyze customer feedback to refine products and ensure they meet customer needs.

- Cultivate strong relationships with customers, technical teams, and management to gather requirements and describe software product features and technical designs.

Team Leadership:

- Build and lead a high-performing team in alignment with Bert Labs' core values of Integrity, Ethics & Corporate Governance, Research & Innovation, and a collaborative environment to deliver and drive technical decisions with various sized customer stakeholder 10-20 years of experience in sales, product management, and business development within B2B SaaS product companies.

- A mix of consulting experience (from firms like McKinsey, BCG, Bain, or the Big Four) and product management experience (from top global product/platform companies) is MBA and Engineering degrees from premium institutions/universities (India, U.S., Europe, UK, Singapore).

Skills:

- Proven track record in business/product/pricing strategy, consulting, and execution.

- Mastery of technical concepts and system design with the ability to engage in technical discussions and make informed trade-offs.

- Strong executive presence with the ability to influence and drive strategic vision and flawless execution.

- Experience using qualitative and quantitative methodologies to understand customer needs and structure requirements.

- Ability to collaborate, build consensus, and drive decisions across various customer stakeholder groups.

- Demonstrated ability to achieve stretch goals in an innovative and fast-paced environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
