Job Title : Oracle Technical Report Developer

Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled Oracle Technical Report Developer with hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and FR Studio.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with Oracle Cloud Financials (FIN) or HCM, and will be comfortable translating functional requirements into technical reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using BI Publisher (BIP), OTBI, and Financial Reporting (FR) Studio.

- Work closely with functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective reporting solutions.

- Build custom reports and data models based on Oracle Cloud FIN or HCM modules.

- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to report performance, data accuracy, and formatting.

- Document report specifications, data mappings, and user guides.

- Support testing, deployment, and post-production activities.

Required Skills & Experience :

- 5+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and FR Studio.

- Strong knowledge of Oracle Cloud Financials (FIN) and/or HCM modules.

- Experience writing SQL queries and working with data models.

- Ability to analyze and translate functional requirements into technical solutions.

- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud data structures and subject areas.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
