Role : Perl DeveloperPAN India / Open for Multiple locations / WFHJob Description :- Develop and maintain Perl scripts and applications.- Collaborate with stakeholders to define requirements and design solutions.- Troubleshoot and resolve Perl-related issues.- Ensure data integrity and security within systems.- Stay updated with the latest Perl technologies and best practices.- Prepare documentation and reports on Perl development activities.- Development of FreePBX or Asterisk based PBX project.- Use of a wide range of web technologies: PERL, Node.js, MySQL, MariaDB, Redis, etc- Work with telecom VoIP protocols like SIP and H.323 and OSS telecom software like Asterisk.- Design and develop RESTful APIs for the provisioning and management of telecom equipment- Full Linux development environment with exposure to Linux Administration and system development.- Design, develop, test, and deploy automation scripts using Perl to streamline business processes.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions using automation tools like Automic.- Troubleshoot issues related to automated workflows and provide technical support to stakeholders.- Participate in code reviews and contribute back to the community by sharing knowledge gained during project execution.Technical :- Hands-on experience in PERL development on Linux platform.- Hands-on experience working with FreePBX, Asterisk- Experience writing code in Node JS on Linux platform would be add on advantage.- Strong knowledge of source control: GIT.- Experience building Web based Telephony applications an asset.- Experience building web applications from scratch using PERL, PHP.- Hands-on experience with SQL and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis)- Experience in Linux server and application monitoring an assetWork Environment :- Think big, start small, move fast.- A relaxed creative environment dedicated to developing awesome technology and great products.- Small teams of highly motivated and creative developers.- Start-up mentality with a large degree of freedom and expression.- Flexible working hours.
