Job Posting:Technical SME / Developer – Clinical Technology & AnalyticsLocation: Hyderabad, India (Hybrid) / Remote (U.S. / India) Experience: 6–12 years Function: Technology, R&D, Data Engineering, Analytics Reporting to: Managing PartnersAbout the RoleWe are seeking a hands-on Technical SME / Developer to lead technology-driven proof-of-concepts (POCs) and internal analytics initiatives across our clinical operations and business intelligence ecosystem.This is a strategic and execution-heavy role — ideal for a self-driven professional who thrives in high-growth environments and can work directly with senior leadership to build and scale enterprise-ready clinical technology solutions.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop technology POCs and prototypes supporting clinical operations, data integration, and analytics.Evaluate, integrate, and optimize emerging AI/LLM and data visualization tools into the organization’s digital infrastructure.Translate business requirements into technical architecture for rapid prototyping and iterative improvement.Build internal analytics dashboards and automation frameworks that connect Smartsheet, Box Drive, and other enterprise tools for operational reporting.Design APIs, connectors, and workflows to improve data visibility and collaboration across departments.Implement monitoring and notification systems to support decision-making by leadership and project teams.Strengthen the organization’s technical foundation by designing scalable data and application frameworks.Evaluate and deploy cloud-based solutions for data storage, computation, and automation (AWS / Azure / GCP).Establish and document data governance, API standards, and version control systems.Act as the technical lead working directly with Managing Partners and cross-functional teams.Independently manage projects, timelines, and deliverables under minimal supervision.Collaborate closely with clinical, regulatory, and operations SMEs to understand user needs and translate them into technical deliverables.Ideal Candidate ProfileTechnical SkillsStrong development background in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript with experience in API integration and automation frameworks.Proficiency in data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar).Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP) and DevOps basics (CI/CD, version control).Familiarity with AI/ML or LLM technologies and their integration with structured data systems.Knowledge of data security, HIPAA / GxP compliance, and controlled document repositories (Box / SharePoint).Experience integrating tools such as Smartsheet, Box Drive, Slack, and CRM systems through APIs or webhooks.Soft Skills & MindsetIndependent, analytical thinker with strong ownership and accountability.Comfortable working in a fast-paced, founder-driven environment with evolving priorities.Exceptional problem-solving, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.Entrepreneurial attitude — thrives in an agile team where speed and innovation drive decision-making.QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or related field.6–12 years of relevant experience in software development, automation, or data analytics.Prior experience working in life sciences, biotech, or regulated industries preferred but not mandatory.What You’ll GainOpportunity to build and scale next-generation clinical technology frameworks from ground zero.Work directly with Managing Partners driving global healthcare transformation.Exposure to AI, data science, automation, and clinical research technology convergence.Freedom to experiment, prototype, and lead innovation initiatives end-to-end.Compensation & EnvironmentCompetitive compensation with performance-based incentives.Global, high-velocity environment with opportunities to influence both technology and business strategy.Culture built on trust, autonomy, and measurable impact.
