Job Description :

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Java Developer with 3+ years of hands-on experience in backend development. The ideal candidate should be well-versed in Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and modern DevOps practices. This is a great opportunity to work on scalable enterprise systems in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities :

- Design, develop, and maintain backend services using Java, Spring Boot, and the Spring Framework.

- Build scalable RESTful APIs and microservices to support various business functionalities.

- Work with databases, integrating both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) systems.

- Ensure code quality through unit testing, code reviews, and adherence to best practices.

- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines using tools like Jenkins or GitLab CI.

- Package and deploy services using Docker, and manage workloads with Kubernetes.

- Integrate message brokers such as Kafka or RabbitMQ for asynchronous processing.

- Optimize services for performance, reliability, and scalability.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product.

Required Skills :

- 3+ years of professional experience in Java development.

- Strong knowledge of Spring Boot and Spring Framework.

- Experience designing and implementing microservices.

- Good understanding of RESTful APIs, JSON, and HTTP protocols.

- Familiar with Docker and Kubernetes for containerization and orchestration.

- Experience with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab CI, etc.

- Working knowledge of both relational (MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB) databases.

- Basic understanding of security, performance tuning, and coding best practices.

- Excellent problem-solving and communication to Have :


- Experience with Kafka or RabbitMQ.


- Exposure to cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or GCP.

- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
