Notice period : Immediate

Skills Required :

SharePoint & .NET Expertise : Strong proficiency in SharePoint development, including experience with .NET for building and maintaining custom solutions.

Communication Skills : Excellent communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

User Support : Provide support to business users for SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps, Forms, and Microsoft Teams solutions, addressing requests and troubleshooting issues.

Responsibilities :

Product Development Support : Assist in the development and support of SharePoint and related solutions, ensuring alignment with business needs and technical standards.

Custom Solutions Development : Build and maintain custom SharePoint solutions, including Power Platform solutions, SPFx web parts, and Subscription Edition (SE) components.

Governance & Security Management : Govern and manage the configuration and security of the SharePoint environment, ensuring compliance with organizational policies.

Office 365 Services Governance : Maintain governance tasks, such as jobs, flows, and reports, across all Office 365 services, ensuring smooth operation and adherence to best practices.

SharePoint Solution Maintenance : Continuously maintain and improve the SharePoint solution for the client, enhancing functionality and performance.

Provisioning Engine Maintenance : Maintain and evolve the provisioning engine for sites and Microsoft Teams, ensuring efficient and automated site and team creation.

Business Requirements Analysis : Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions, effectively communicating technical topics to a non-technical audience.

Extended Support Requests : Provide service for extended support requests, ensuring timely and effective resolution of issues.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

- 5+ years of experience in SharePoint development and administration.

- Proficiency in building custom solutions using SharePoint Framework (SPFx), Power Platform (Power Automate, Power Apps), and .NET.

- Strong understanding of governance, security, and compliance in a SharePoint and Office 365 environment.

- Experience in analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solutions.

- Familiarity with Microsoft Teams and Office 365 services
