Description : Experience : 4 to 7 YearsLocation : Gurgaon, HaryanaJob Type : Full-Time | OnsiteAbout the Role : - We are looking for a highly skilled Python Automation Engineer who has hands-on experience in building and maintaining robust automation frameworks and executing performance testing for scalable software applications.- The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python, Selenium, Pytest, and JMeter, with an analytical mindset and passion for quality assurance.- If you have worked on automation testing frameworks and enjoy improving testing efficiency through smart scripting we would love to hear from youKey Responsibilities : - Design, develop, and maintain automation frameworks using Python, Selenium, and Pytest.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and translate them into robust test automation solutions.- Implement performance and load testing using tools like JMeter.- Develop and execute API automation tests to validate backend systems.- Identify, document, and track software defects through to resolution.- Optimize test scripts for reusability and maintainability.- Analyze test results, generate detailed reports, and communicate findings with the development team.- Participate in continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) environments.- Stay up to date with the latest testing tools, trends, and best practices in automation and performance testing.Required Skills & Experience : - 4 - 7 years of professional experience in automation testing.- Strong hands-on experience in Python programming.- Proficiency with Selenium WebDriver and Pytest framework.- Experience in Performance Testing using JMeter.- Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, GitLab, etc.).- Strong understanding of QA methodologies, STLC, and defect management processes.- Experience in writing test scripts, test cases, and creating automation reports.- Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills.Good to Have (Optional) : - Experience with Robot Framework for automation scripting.- Exposure to API Testing using Postman or similar tools.- Knowledge of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.Important Note : - We are only looking for Automation Test Engineers.- Profiles with primarily Manual Testing experience will not be considered for this role.Educational Qualification : - Bachelors or Masters degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
