Technical Skills Required:

10-14 years of experience in database management with a strong focus on SQL Server.

Minimum of 8 years of experience in database design, performance optimization, and

schema management. 2-3 years of experience in ETL processes.

Proficiency in SQL Server 2012/2014/2016/2019/2022.

In-depth knowledge of stored procedures, and database design principles.

Experience with SQL Server Integration Services (SSIS) and other ETL tools.

Familiarity with database performance tuning tools and techniques.

Knowledge of database security practices and compliance standards.

Experience with scripting language like Python

Experience with cloud-based SQL Server deployments (e.g., Azure SQL Database) is a plus.

Understanding of Healthcare data will be added advantage

Product implementation experience will be added advantage

Leadership Skills:

Experience around with customer interaction and risk management

Proven track record of leading and managing a team of database professionals.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle complex database challenges.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
