Role Overview

As an Associate Product Manager, you'll be the bridge between vision and execution — ensuring our product not only meets market needs but also delights users. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to manage the product lifecycle, from idea to launch and beyond, while keeping user satisfaction at the heart of every decision.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager to define product vision, roadmap, and growth opportunities.
  • Manage and prioritize product backlogs based on strategic objectives and customer feedback.
  • Translate business requirements into clear product specifications for design and development teams.
  • Coordinate with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure seamless execution of product features.
  • Monitor product performance through analytics, user feedback, and market trends to guide data-driven decisions.
  • Assist in competitive analysis and market research to identify new opportunities.
  • Prepare and deliver product-related presentations and updates to stakeholders.
  • Ensure timely product releases by managing timelines, dependencies, and quality standards.

  • 2-5 years of experience in product management, project coordination, or a related role.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
