Responsibilities :- Provide ongoing support and maintenance for the enterprise .NET applications built using C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework, and .NET Core.- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical and functional issues independently across applications and services.- Design and optimize T-SQL queries and stored procedures in SQL Server.- Support and maintain SSIS packages, Windows Services, and IIS-hosted applications.- Monitor application performance and logs using tools such as NewRelic and interpret application metrics.- Assist in root cause analysis (RCA), issue tracking, and problem resolution.- Leverage basic AWS knowledge (EC2 ALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch) to interpret logs and identify application issues.- Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint deliverables and team objectives.- Communicate clearly and effectively with internal teams, stakeholders, and end users.- Act as a mentor and knowledge-sharing resource within the support and development team.Requirements : - 5+ years of hands-on experience with C#, VB.NET, .NET Framework/.NET Core.- Strong knowledge of SQL Server and T-SQL.- Experience in managing SSIS, Windows Services, and IIS.- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and SDLC best practices.- Proficient in using NewRelic or similar tools for monitoring and performance analysis.- Basic understanding of AWS services (EC2 ALB, API Gateway, CloudWatch logs).- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.- Excellent communication and leadership abilities.- Self-motivated and able to work independently or as part of a team.
