Eligibility Criteria:

For Clinical Assistants:

MBBS & Formal Emergency Medicine training:

GWU-MEM (USA), CCT-EM (SEMI), DEM, FEM, FAEM, or Fellowship in Critical Care

Minimum 1 year of hands-on experience in a high-volume Emergency Department

For Clinical Associates

MBBS & Formal Emergency Medicine training:

GWU-MEM (USA), CCT-EM (SEMI), DEM, FEM, FAEM, or Fellowship in Critical Care

Minimum 3 years of on-field experience in a high-volume Emergency Department

We Expect You to:

Follow an evidence-based approach to treat patients.

Independently manage patients and consult with specialists.

Make critical, life-saving decisions.

Be proficient in emergency procedures (with and without USG guidance).

Be open to continuous learning and applying new skills.

Demonstrate strong leadership and communication skills.

Maintain composure under pressure and deliver compassionate care.
