Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure NetSuite solutions, troubleshoot issues, and implement system enhancements
  • Create and modify saved searches, reports, dashboards, and scripts
  • Develop workflows and custom records to automate processes
  • Collaborate with developers on customizations or integrations with third-party systems
  • Work on data migration, cleansing and deduplication activities for NetSuite projects
  • Build and maintain reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making
  • Take ownership of small projects or specific tasks within larger projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into NetSuite requirements
  • Develop and execute test cases to ensure the NetSuite solution meets the business requirements. Document the issues and work with different teams to resolve them
  • Document workflows, use cases, and user stories for system enhancements
  • Manage time effectively across multiple client projects
  • Participate in project meetings and planning sessions
  • Provide status updates to project managers and global delivery managers


Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of experience as a NetSuite Analyst, Administrator or Developer
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related engineering field with ability to code on NetSuite platform
  • Proficient in NetSuite administration and configuration
  • Strong understanding of NetSuite functionality, workflows, and scripting capabilities
  • Experience with SuiteScript, SuiteFlow, and SuiteTalk APIs
  • At least one NetSuite Certification Administrator or ERP Consultant Certification
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong analytical and problem solving abilities
